Active since 1998, we passionately create study holidays and summer camps in Italy and abroad. We specialize in offering educational experiences for children and teenagers, managing large groups with competence and safety thanks to the support of our specialized staff. Our goal is to turn every trip into a growth opportunity, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and high-quality environment. We are excited to accompany you on this journey of discovery, offering families peace of mind and providing our clients with excellent service.
Working every day alongside a historic tour operator specialized in selling vacation packages to groups of minors allows us to anticipate market trends, understand parents concerns, and address the needs of the children. This enables us to quickly update our staff on regulatory, safety, relational, or educational topics.
Our focus has always been working exclusively with children and teenagers, which is why we have developed a specific internal training system to interact with young groups, understand their potential needs, and even anticipate their requirements, ensuring that fun and relaxation are never interrupted… much to the relief of parents back home (and tour operators who avoid losing dissatisfied customers and don’t have to deal with negative social media complaints that only harm the brand’s image).
Selecting our collaborators from every region of Italy each year allows tour operators to create more widespread pick-up points for children, making transfers easier and vacation packages more appealing.
Similarly, for many parents, entrusting their child to someone from their own province or region means greater safety, convenience, and a better understanding of local customs and traditions… and feeling that their child is truly in good hands.
Develop and optimize a very effective system for recruiting, selecting, and training staff to be sent to individual structures, with knowledge of laws, individual responsibilities, management of young groups, and their enthusiasm and support.
Ensure super-organized vacation packages that are well-balanced between recreational, educational, exploratory, and social interaction needs, with enthusiastic kids and families at home worry-free.
Provide tour operators and/or families with very detailed trip itineraries, including timely information and updates on movements and special activities, which put families of the kids at ease, limit anxious phone calls and complaints to tour operator call centers, and offer an excellent customer experience.
Uncompromising care for all aspects related to transportation to and from vacation destinations, both in Italy and abroad; qualified group leaders welcome all the kids and guide them (often for the first time) in taking trains, subways, or international flights without their parents alongside.
